Terms and Conditions

Payment

We accept most credit and debit cards via our secure server.  Online payments can also be made with PayPal.

Availability

1.1. All items are subject to availability.

1.2. We will inform you as soon as possible if goods you have ordered are not available.

Price

2.1. Although we endeavour to ensure that all pricing information on the Website is accurate, occasionally an error may occur and goods may be mispriced. If we discover a pricing error we will, at our discretion, either: contact you and ask you whether you wish to cancel your order or continue with the order at the correct price; or notify you that we have cancelled your order. We will not be obliged to supply goods at the incorrect price.

2.2. Prices that are reduced for sales and promotions are only valid for the specified period.

2.3. We reserve the right to adjust prices, offers, goods and specifications of goods on the Website at our discretion at any time before (but not after) we have taken payment for your order.

Description

3.1. Although we endeavour to ensure that all product descriptions on the website are accurate, occasionally an error may occur and goods may have the wrong description. If this occurs and you have purchased the item, you will be entitled to a full refund, including the cost of posting the products back to us. Conditions Apply. 3.2. Images are for illustration purposes only and may be different to the actual product you receive.  Please contact us before purchasing if you want us to check if the image is exactly the same as the product you wish to purchase.

Liability

4.1. Nothing in these terms and conditions is to be taken to exclude or restrict rights granted to you by law in respect of goods supplied.

4.2. We do not accept responsibility for damage to goods caused by you.

4.3. We will not be liable to any person for damage or loss arising from the use of goods advertised on our site.

4.4. Without prejudice to your statutory rights the information contained in this site is provided without warranty and in particular we do not represent or warrant that the information is accurate, complete or current or that the use of this site will be uninterrupted or error free.

4.5. We will not be responsible for claims relating to the availability of our range, our ecommerce engine, our website, place of purchase or the success or level of sales resulting from these.

Cancellation

5.1. You are entitled to cancel your contract if you wish providing you act within 14 working days of receipt of the goods.

5.2. If you wish to exercise this right prior to despatch of goods please email sales@easynappies.com

5.3. If your order has already been despatched please follow our returns information.

Returns

6.1. Items returned under our 14 day guarantee

6.1.1. If you are unhappy with your order for any reason within 14 days of receiving it, just send it back to us in an unused, saleable condition with the original packaging and we’ll refund.

6.1.2. If you return the whole order within 14 days we will refund you the full invoice amount. If your order was sent by special delivery or by courier only standard delivery costs will be refunded.

6.1.3. If you do not return the whole order, only the cost of the items being returned will be refunded. Postage costs will not be refunded.

6.1.4. You will be responsible for the cost of returning the items to us. If the item is being returned because of an error on our part, or the item is damaged or defective, we will refund the return postage costs.

6.2. Items returned to us after a failed delivery attempt

6.2.1. If your order is returned to us because you did not pick it up from the delivery office after a failed delivery attempt, or it is returned due to an incorrect address, you will be refunded in full minus the actual cost to us of delivering your order.

6.3. Exchanging non faulty items

6.3.1. If you are unhappy with your order for any reason within 14 days of receiving it, just send it back to us in an unused, saleable condition with the original packaging and we will exchange it for you.

6.3.2. If the price of the new item(s) is the same or of a lower value, we will post you the first exchange out free of charge by standard delivery.  Please contact us to make sure that the item you want is in stock so we can reserve it for you.

6.3.3. If you wish to exchange items for ones of a higher value, then we will issue you a refund for the items returned.  You will then need to place a new order online for the item(s) you wish to exchange for.  If this is your first exchange for the order then we will refund the standard delivery charge.

6.3.4. You will be required to pay the delivery cost of returning any items to us.  The first exchange for an order will be posted free of charge.  If you require further exchanges to the same order, you will be asked to pay the delivery charge.

6.4. Items returned because they are damaged, defective or incorrect

6.4.1. If you are returning an item because of an error on our part, or the item is damaged or defective, we will refund the return postage costs. Please use standard 2nd class post with proof of posting for items under 1kg in weight, and standard parcel delivery for items over 1kg. If you return the items any other way, you will be liable to pay any extra postage costs incurred.

6.4.2. We will only refund the return postage costs of faulty items. If you are returning non faulty items you will be responsible for paying the cost to return these.

Non Receipt Of Items

7.1. Check your dispatch email as we may have sent your order with a tracking number. If you have a tracking number check it on the Royal Mail website www.royalmail.com as it may say your parcel is at the delivery office after a failed delivery attempt.

7.2. Please allow 10 days after posting for your order to arrive. Delays in transit can sometimes occur, and the Royal Mail does not guarantee delivery dates for 1st and 2nd class post.

7.3. If after 10 days you do not receive your order please contact your local sorting office. To find your nearest UK Sorting Office call Royal Mail on 08457 740740.

7.4. If the local sorting office does not have your order then please contact us by email with your order number and we will investigate further.

7.5. Replacements and refunds will not be given if the postal address you gave us is wrong.

Supply

8.1. We reserve the right to refuse to supply any individual or company.

8.2. Orders are not legally-binding until we send a confirmation of dispatch.
