Payment
We accept most credit and debit cards via our secure server. Online payments can also be made with PayPal.
Availability
1.1. All items are subject to availability.
1.2. We will inform you as soon as possible if goods you have ordered are not available.
Price
2.1. Although we endeavour to ensure that all pricing information on the Website is accurate, occasionally an error may occur and goods may be mispriced. If we discover a pricing error we will, at our discretion, either: contact you and ask you whether you wish to cancel your order or continue with the order at the correct price; or notify you that we have cancelled your order. We will not be obliged to supply goods at the incorrect price.
2.2. Prices that are reduced for sales and promotions are only valid for the specified period.
2.3. We reserve the right to adjust prices, offers, goods and specifications of goods on the Website at our discretion at any time before (but not after) we have taken payment for your order.
Description
3.1. Although we endeavour to ensure that all product descriptions on the website are accurate, occasionally an error may occur and goods may have the wrong description. If this occurs and you have purchased the item, you will be entitled to a full refund, including the cost of posting the products back to us. Conditions Apply. Liability
4.1. Nothing in these terms and conditions is to be taken to exclude or restrict rights granted to you by law in respect of goods supplied.
4.2. We do not accept responsibility for damage to goods caused by you.
4.3. We will not be liable to any person for damage or loss arising from the use of goods advertised on our site.
4.4. Without prejudice to your statutory rights the information contained in this site is provided without warranty and in particular we do not represent or warrant that the information is accurate, complete or current or that the use of this site will be uninterrupted or error free.
4.5. We will not be responsible for claims relating to the availability of our range, our ecommerce engine, our website, place of purchase or the success or level of sales resulting from these.
Cancellation
5.1. You are entitled to cancel your contract if you wish providing you act within 14 working days of receipt of the goods.
5.2. If you wish to exercise this right prior to despatch of goods please email sales@easynappies.com
5.3. If your order has already been despatched please follow our returns information.
Returns
6.1. If you are unhappy with a product for any reason, just send it back to us in an unused, saleable condition and with the original packaging and we’ll refund or replace.
6.2. We regret that postage, packing and insurance incurred in the delivery of the goods to you are direct costs and cannot be refunded except in the case of cancellations or faulty products.
6.3. If you wish to return an item, please contact us first to let us know. Send the goods back to us within 14 days, unused and in perfect condition together with original packaging, and we will be happy to refund the original price of the item or send you an exchange. This does not affect cancellations or your statutory rights.
6.4. You will be responsible for the cost of returning the goods to us, and will remain responsible for any and all returned goods until they reach us. We strongly advise that a proof of postage certificate should be obtained when returning any part of you order. Certificates are available free of charge from the post office or you may prefer to send it recorded delivery for a nominal charge.
6.5. Returns and exchanges will be processed as soon as possible after arrival.
Non Receipt Of Items
7.1 Please check the estimated delivery time and then add three days in case of delays in transit. Once this delivery time has passed you should contact your local Royal Mail depot giving your house number and postcode as cards are not always left. After you have followed these steps and the Royal Mail have confirmed they do not have your order, you must contact us within 30 days in writing stating order number and date of order.
7.2 We reserve the right to send out replacement orders 10 days after you have received your 'Order Dispatched' email. This is to allow the Royal Mail time to investigate your missing order.
7.3 Replacements and refunds will not be given if you have given us the wrong postal address to send your order to.
Supply
8.1 We reserve the right to refuse to supply any individual or company.
