All goods are held in stock and orders placed before 2:00pm will usually be dispatched the same day.

Orders placed after 2:00pm Friday and during the weekend will be dispatched on Monday. 

In the event that an item is out of stock we will inform you before dispatching the remaining part of your order.  The missing items will be dispatched separately at our expense when they return in stock.  If you prefer not to wait, contact us and we will cancel the remaining part of the order.

Please make sure you give us the correct address to send your order to.  Replacements and refunds will not be given if you have given us the wrong address.

How will my order be sent?

United Kingdom

Orders are sent by Royal Mail and should reach you in 1-5 working days depending on the delivery service selected.  Heavier orders may be sent by Parcel Post, so please allow 3-5 working days when selecting standard delivery.  If you require the items urgently, please select Next Day Delivery.

Republic of Ireland

Orders are sent by airmail.  The delivery cost shown is only available on order weighing up to 2kg.  If your order is heavier than 2kg we will contact you to discuss the cost of postage.

Postage & packing costs

The delivery charge will be based upon the product with the highest delivery band in your cart.  Items that can be sent by large letter are placed in Band A; small items that are sent by packet post are placed in Band B; larger heavier items are placed in Band C.

*Royal Mail Next Day Delivery orders made after 2:00pm on Thursday will arrive on Monday.  Orders made after 2:00pm on Friday will arrive Tuesday.

Next day delivery is not available for Scottish Highlands or the Channel Islands. The following postcodes will be classified as the Scottish Highlands:

IV – all postcodes
KW1-14
PA34, 37, 38, 39
PH19-26, 30-40, 49 & 50
PH41

Order not arrived?

Please check the estimated delivery time and then add three working days in case of delays in transit.  Once this delivery time has passed you should contact your local Royal Mail depot giving your house number and postcode as cards are not always left.  After you have followed these steps and the Royal Mail have confirmed they do not have your order, you must contact us within 30 days in writing. We reserve the right to send replacement orders 10 days after you received your 'Order dispatched' email.  This is to allow the Royal Mail time to investigate your lost order.

If your order is returned to us because you did not pick it up from the delivery office after a failed delivery attempt, you will be required to pay the delivery cost to re-send the item.
