Where do we deliver to?

We only deliver to the United Kingdom and the Channel Islands. We do not deliver to any other countries.

When will my order be sent?

All goods are held in stock and are usually dispatched the next working day. Please allow 3 to 5 working days for delivery.

In the event that an item is out of stock we will inform you before dispatching the remaining part of your order.  If only part of your order is out of stock, it will be dispatched separately at our expense.  If you prefer not to wait, contact us and we will cancel the remaining part of the order.

Please make sure you give us the correct address to send your order to.  Replacements and refunds will not be given if you have given us the wrong address.

Order not arrived?

Order sent by Standard Delivery

Check your dispatch email as we may have sent your order with a tracking number.   If you have a tracking number check it on the Royal Mail website www.royalmail.com as it may say your parcel is at the delivery office after a failed delivery attempt.

Please allow 10 days after posting for your order to arrive. Delays in transit can sometimes occur, and the Royal Mail does not guarantee delivery dates for 1st and 2nd class post.  

If after 10 days you do not receive your order please contact your local sorting office.  To find your nearest UK Sorting Office call Royal Mail on 0845 6050767.

If the local sorting office does not have your order then please contact us by email with your order number and we will investigate further.

If your order is returned to us because you did not pick it up from the delivery office after a failed delivery attempt, you will be required to pay the delivery cost to re-send the item.
