Where do we deliver to?

We only deliver to the United Kingdom and the Channel Islands. We do not deliver to any other countries.

When will my order be sent?

All goods are held in stock and orders placed before 2:00pm will usually be dispatched the same day.

Orders placed after 2:00pm Friday and during the weekend will be dispatched on Monday. 

In the event that an item is out of stock we will inform you before dispatching the remaining part of your order.  The missing items will be dispatched separately at our expense when they return in stock.  If you prefer not to wait, contact us and we will cancel the remaining part of the order.

Please make sure you give us the correct address to send your order to.  Replacements and refunds will not be given if you have given us the wrong address.

United Kingdom

Orders are sent by Royal Mail and should reach you in 1-5 working days depending on the delivery method selected.  Heavier orders over 2kg may be sent by Parcel Post, so please allow 3-5 working days when selecting express delivery.  If you require the items urgently, please select Next Day Delivery.

Postage & Packing costs

*Orders made after 2:00pm on Thursday will arrive on Monday.  Orders made after 2:00pm on Friday will arrive Tuesday.

**Next Day Saturday delivery is only available if you order before 2:00pm on Friday.

Next day delivery is not available for Scottish Highlands or the Channel Islands. The following postcodes will be classified as the Scottish Highlands:

KW1-14
PA34, 37, 38, 39
PH19-26, 30-40, 49 & 50
PH41

Order not arrived?

Orders sent by Next Day Delivery

We will have sent you a tracking number in your dispatch email.  Please check this to see the whereabouts of your order.  If you do not receive on time, please contact us by email so we can investigate.

Order sent by Standard or Express Delivery

Check your dispatch email as we may have sent your order with a tracking number.   If you have a tracking number check it on the Royal Mail website www.royalmail.com as it may say your parcel is at the delivery office after a failed delivery attempt.

Please allow 10 days after posting for your order to arrive. Delays in transit can sometimes occur, and the Royal Mail does not guarantee delivery dates for 1st and 2nd class post.  

If after 10 days you do not receive your order please contact your local sorting office.  To find your nearest UK Sorting Office call Royal Mail on 08457 740740.

If the local sorting office does not have your order then please contact us by email with your order number and we will investigate further.

If your order is returned to us because you did not pick it up from the delivery office after a failed delivery attempt, you will be required to pay the delivery cost to re-send the item.
